    Hi,

i am really in troubles... i have just paid 90 Euros for flashing the BIOS on my Vaio VPC SA - i have flashed the modded version R2087h4. I want to do it again because i have installed a ssd.
My question is: is it possible to flash the bios from a usb stick?

if you're going to flash it back to the initial BIOS released by SONY just to get SATA III speeds with your SSD, don't bother. you won't notice it in real life.
