If you haven't tried doing this give it a go. Toggle your wireless switch on and of then see if you bluetooth is on if it is not put it on.

Look to see if you have the bluetooth software installed in the programs and features section in the control panel.

Also, look in your device manager in the control panel and see if you can see your bluetooth listed.

Have you tried reinstalling? If these problems persist i would recommend that you leave bluetooth on and the uninstall and then reinstall the software again. I should imagine that you should be able to download the BT software from the Sony website. If you won't let you download the software normally try and force it by updating through the device manager click on the BT tab then properties and then try to update through the update tab.

If you have tried this already what happened?

I have had a look in my BIOS and i cannot see a setting that could turn BT of in the BIOS.

You can go here and Sony should be able to detect what computer you have got so you can get the drivers that you need.
