I can't get activesync to sync with the phone. Do I need a different Bluetooth software besides the one supplied by Sony? I'm running on XP

the built-in vista bluetooth manager should work, you don't need any software..

Did you turn on bluetooth activesync on you phone? (go into connections settings when you're on the activesync page on your phone, and then turn on bluetooth syncing)

I'm actually on XP. I turned on the bluetooth com 3 port on the connections on activesync. I read on a tutorial that I should have Bluetooth PAN as an option on my computer. I don't have that, does anyone else have it?
