    I feel sorry for you but I have to say that, you should contact Sony to get a replacement or a refund because it can't be fixed.
    You actually can fix palm rest by bending it back because it is aluminum made, but lower case is not.
    It is alloy, so you have to leave it as is or break it if you try to bend it. Only doing with heat may help but I am not sure.

    All i did was push the side while pushing the optical drive down to slide the side on the optical drive.

    Thanks anyways.

    Now i need to figure out how to reinstall OS.

    Edit: How do i enter BIOS ?

    F2 nor ESC didn't work like they were supposed to.

    Edit2: Figured out-> assist key

    The screen ain't that bad like many have said.

    However they gave me US charger while i bought it from europe (uk)... kinda of annoying.

    Does anyone know how can i install windows 7 wifi drivers? ( I put win 7 as OS ) None of them seem to work :(

    You can just go to Intel site to download and install.

    Wow, that is really bad. I can only assume that popped out during shipping because I would hate to think that Sony would actually ship it out like that. Glad you were able to pop it back in.

    BTW, the keyboard surround is made of magnesium, not aluminum.
