This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi guys, I'm new here...

    Thanks for all the useful information on here, which has help me choose to buy the Sony Vaio Z11WN/B.

    The laptop arrived this morning, and I was just about to install XP on it when I noticed some build issues, as shown in the pictures below:

    Sorry, the picture isn't very good, but one of the rubber bits that stops the screen pressing down onto the keyboard is missing.

    The buttons seem to be moved to the left, the spacing all around these buttons isn't the same.

    It's annoying because these are minor issues but looks like I'll have to send it but for a replacement. Oh well, the morning I spent with my new Z was good, hope it won't take too long for the replacement to arrive...
