The S Series has an excellent built quality.
If you compare it, the EA Series is like a toy (all plastic made, no magnesium alloy)

I bought the s series (bestbuy) for the 13" screen. I just want a nice small laptop. The specs are better than my S series. Though i know its a 14" but still small enough for me i am hoping.

I am going to the sony style store and look at them.

If Sony offered to replace my laptop with another i'd be sure that i'd check out the specs first on their website before i agreed to anything.

I'm not sure why you couldn't get another S series, it's not like they're discontinued or anything. If the S13 series wasn't shipping yet i would wait unless i really wanted the E series.

Has been said the S in terms of build is better but the E series offers a better GPU as an upgrade.

Don't accept if you're not totally happy with the deal.

They dont make a S series stateside you can order from them. Best buy has the exclusive which they are kicking themselves over. I plan on going to tge sony style store toomorrow and look at them. Its not like i have a choice on models to choose from. The S did have some nice feature which i will miss. But he EA has some nice ones too.

Hell no, the S Series is like upper range, and the EA is the bottom of the range. They are ripping you off man.
