    Hey,

I've upgraded to Windows 7 Professional 32-bit about a month ago.
Everything worked great on my Vaio Z570N.

In the last few days I notice my CPU usage raise to 50% every few minutes when I use the computer. I think it happens mostly when I'm browsing the net using Chrome, which I reinstalled today, but nothing changed.

The process that gives me the troubles is System (PID=4), or as it described: NT Kernel & System.
I see it goes to 50% (which is of course 100% cpu usage) and back to 0% after few seconds.

It really bothers me since the computer is horribly slow when it happens, obviously.

When I use Resource Monitor to see what it does while taking 50% cpu, I see no change in Disk\Memory\Network usage. So I can't really tell what happens during that time.

Did anyone else ran into this problem? or have any insight on this?

    TIA,
    Gil.
