When I ordered my TZ CTO I chose the "Fresh Start" option, and it arrived without any bloatware at all (not even MS Office trial or anti-virus). Just MS Streets & Trips, some VAIO utilities, and fingerprint/TPM software was installed.

I've been wondering, does anyone know if doing a complete reinstall from either the recovery partition or discs, would I end up with a clean install (as I got it on day one) or would all the usual bloatware and trialware be installed?

My recovery partition is 6.19GB and hidden, and I have no idea how to tell what's inside it. Don't need to reinstall Vista yet, but it would be nice to know for future reference.

    Thanks!
