Hi, I was wondering if the SR will be available to customize and order tomorrow. And if so, which CPU would be ample? I currently have a T7300 2.0 GHZ so anything that improves on that will be great...but which CPU namely, would that be?

    thanks!

The P8600 (2.4 GHz) or P9500 (2.53GHz) would be a nice improvement in speed and battery life. Or even the lowest end P8400 (2.26GHz). Personally, I would choose the P8400 since I am coming from a 2.8GHz Pentium 4, and even the lowest end would be able to handle all I currently do.

Based on current SZ CTO pricing, it'll be like this:

    P8400 2.26 Ghz 3MB L2 cache -- Included
    P8600 2.4 Ghz 3MB L2 cache -- +$50
    P9500 2.5 Ghz 6MB L2 cache -- +$200
