    Hi,

Either I'm being really dense (possible) or the battery on my CW2 is jammed. I've only just got it so it's the first time i've tried to remove the battery.

It does come out the same way it went in doesn't it? I've unlocked the lock switch and whilst holding the 'release' switch im trying to lift the battery from the the recess next to the release and lock switch. One side of the battery (on the release switch side) seems to lift slightly but the other side isn't coming out at all. It's almost as if lock is still in place.

Before i go calling sony i want to make sure im not being a complete twit and missing something simple.

have you tried using a flat screwdriver to try to pry the battery out? i have to do that on my FW, as it's fairly tight.

Does it lift up and out from the inside like my z? If so that has confused me on more than one occasion :)
