The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Camera Freezes Shutdown on SZ3?

    Has anybody had issues with shutdown on their SZ3 due to the intergrated camera.

    I know people had it with the SZ1 but I seem to have it on my SZ3.

    Will hotfix KB909667 sort it out?

    Microsoft® QFE KB909667 update and resolves an issue where the computer stops responding during standby or hibernation operations or when you try to use the Shut Down command. You can try installing it.
