Hello everyone!
I recently purchased a Sony Vaio E Series because I needed a small cheap netbook on my travels. However, I have had problems with it and am generally not satisfied with it. I purchased it 1 week ago and the problems only started 2 days ago and I am no longer near the Sony Centre where I purchased it. I have the receipt and relevant documents so can I take it to a different store and either get an exchange or a refund? Or do I have to go back to the store I purchased it from?

You can return it to any store near you. Just bring your receipt.

Do you know if this applies internationally? I know the warranty doesn't mean anything but i'm just hoping that because I bought it from a sony centre that might help? I bought it in Kuala Lumpur and have since traveled through Indonesia (Java) and am now in Bali but everywhere I have been since Kuala Lumpur has had Sony Centres with the same range of Vaios.
Can I return my Vaio to a different Sony Centre?
