    Hi mates..

no wonder I registered here just to look for a help, and i'm sorry for that.

I have Sony Vaio VGN-NR385E that I've formatted yesterday, and now I want to install "SonicStage Mastering Studio" which I don't have now!!!

I tried to contact the support they told me something about the Recovery Discs!! which also I don't have!!!!!!!

Please, can anyone help me to get the download link? or to do for me a favour to upload the .exe file from your Recovery Disc and share the link here?

Note that: I have Windows Vista Service Pack 1 Home Premium

I would really appreciated if someone helped..

    Thanks in advance..

I know it says "update", but it also says that it will uninstall previous versions first, so why not give this a try:
    http://esupport.sony.com/perl/swu-download.pl?upd_id=2192SMB=YES

If you have to use a serial or something to install it, you will have to refer to Sony support or look amongst the papers that came with the computer.

    Give it a try :)

When you formated, did you delete the hidden partition? If not you can still make the recovery DVD's that Sony suggested you use. Power off, power back on and immediately start pressing the F10 key, to boot from the hidden partition.

Did you actually save this to your computer and then use universal extractor to extract it and then run it?

I did used it using the "Wise Extraction" but I've got only files with ".EWI" format!!

    What to do after that?

Is there anyone that has the program, please?

Even if they did, they cannot provide it to you. The program is copyrighted and even though you HAD a copy no one except Sony is authorized to replace that for you. Asking someone here to do it is asking them to pirate the app to you, that is illegal and as such not allowed to even be discussed here.

So, you might as well stop asking for someone to give you a copy. If you didn't create the DVD system recovery set when you first got your Sony, and you can't boot to the hidden partition to do so now, your ONLY two options are to buy the recovery DVD's directly from Sony, or figure out how to extract the installer as suggested earlier.

Please try to legally obtain a copy of SonicStage Mastering Studio.

    Piracy is against the rules.
