I want to use it badly but I haven't used it before..

Therefore, I want to the optimized value.

    Hi teddy,

I have Pentium M 750. Here are my stable voltages. I haven't bother with them except for min and max multiplier. You can find all multipliers on these pictures! :)

    *Danger Will Robinson!*

Using someone else's values, unless they have *exactly* the same model and stepping of CPU, is very dangerous and can permanently damage your CPU!

If you can figure out the maximum voltage your CPU is using in it's stock configuration, you can attempt to lower the voltage to minimize power consumption (though you'll have to tweak to find the lowest voltage you can run without hangs). But going to a higher voltage is dangerous, and since Intel has locked the CPU multiplier you won't be able to run any faster.

    x6 0.78v

rest on 1.1v been using for months np's

the miiddle ranges dont really matter , it will spend 99.9% of time either at bottom or top range

Wpuk, that is true. And additionally if you don't get those voltages in between right you can end up with BSOD. I did them anyway and set them only a bit lower. And interestingly it is not a linear distribution. If you don't want to spend too much time setting voltages - lowest and highest are the only you should set.

    Cheers,

    Ivan

I can basically confirm those voltages (I have a Pentium M 760) I have a slightly lower voltage for 9x- 0,844V. I tweaked that a bit, because I usually have mine idling at 1,2Ghz when on AC power. What multipliers do you use in day to day life?

    ikovac,
You are correct that it isn't linear. Google for "cpu shmoo" and "shmoo plot" and you'll see what you're actually doing by tweaking these values...

Thanks for the info! I will check it. Interesting stuff.

    Cheers,
