    Can the switchable graphics feature be hacked on laptops not supporting them originally?

    You can't as the Intel graphics need to be connected to the screen which they don't usually do if it's not switchable.

    can I not open the laptop, remove the graphics card and change wires around or something like that?

    I believe you can open the Vaio, but I do not think that it will be easy and you just have to put some new wires inside ;)

    I believe the mod you want to do is not possible!

    the GPUs don't really use wires, it's more like hardwired into the PCB of the motherboard, so if there's no channel already there, sorry, you're out of luck
