This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can't find Sprint WWAN device in device manager

    You can see it in device manager after you turned it on.

    under device manager, did you try View > show hidden devices?

    Currently; this is the correct answer. The "show hidden devices" with it turned off didn't work. This is with the SmartWi utlity installed; i'm not sure how it behaves with it uninstalled.
