    Hello,

I believe I've downloaded all the drivers from Sony's web page. I can't get the function keys such as brightness and volume working. Is there an order to installing them or a file I may have missed? I have a Sony Z series Vaio VGN-Z610Y. I'm running Windows 7 enterprise x64.

    Thanks

I just did the same thing myself, but on a VGN-Z690. Use the drivers you downloaded from the Sony support page, but use this guide for install order http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=431357. The key is to allow windows update to install missing components before you install any drivers. Good luck!
