I have just bought a SVS1512V1ES. The first thing i did was in diskmanagement to make the c-partition smaller,so that I could make an d-partition for my data.

But in the proces, the OS freezed and a BSOD (windows 8). I just started the laptop with Gparted en I can see that the recovery partition is deleted. Unfortunatly I don't have any recovery dvd's/usb.

My question is: when I call Sony for sending my some new recovery dvd's, does these dvds restore and recover all(!) the original partitions, including the original recoverypartition, or are the only restoring the original c-partition?

I want to get back the original setup, with al the original partions (in this case: OEM-partion, recoverpartition1, EFI-partition, C:/ (primary OS partition) and the final recoverypartition2.

Or does the dvd's of Sony only recover the primary OS partition (c:/).
