    Hi,

I'd like to put my Sony VPCF13M8E back to its original factory settings, wipe C drive. I have tried F10 and always get the screen shown on the attachment. After pressing enter, laptop starts up as normal.

There is no option to restore C drive or anything. What am I doing wrong? I've tried looking further into the laptop and there's no option to restore to factory settings at all. Just a system restore, and that's no good.

I have tried F8 and there's no option there either.

I have no discs or anything like that.

Does anybody know what I should do?

    Thanks 575173_438046059648704_381887545_n.jpg

Shutdown, then use the assist button to start up.
