I sent my vaio in for repair and its been a week. I wanted to check the repair status but the site is down for me. Can someone confirm that the site is down for them as well? And if it is down, is the next best way to check the status is to call in?

And for those that sent theirs in for repair, how long does it usually take for them to send the laptop back to the store so I can pick it up? My laptop was sent for repairs because the SD card slot wasn't working BTW.

Strange. It says the status of my service is unavailable. Gonna call in now.

    EDIT:
So the guy said the repair centre just got my laptop or something. Didn't really believe him though since it has been a WEEK since i gave the laptop to the store. He said it will take another week or 2 to get it fixed...
This is way too slow in my opinion. The sales rep in the store said it will take about a week to get it fixed.
