A while ago I ordered a CTO Vaio Z up here in Canada. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it has been stuck in customs for the last 2 days.
All customs, taxes etc and arranged by Sony here in Canada.

Does it usually take this long for them to clear it?

    Thanks

Well it's now three days, and after calling fedex and trying to get an answer, it has now gone in completely the wrong direction up to Richmond BC, with red flags over it and the message "clearance delay"!!!
There is nobody at Sony that can help, and fedex just says |waiting for clearance!!

My guess, is that it will now head back to sender (Sony Japan) and I am out $3500!!!
Is there anyway to talk to someone in Canada that can actually do anything???
