    Cannot import Protector Suite QL password bank after XP format

    Hey guys, I run windows XP with a VGN-SZ260P/C

    so I formatted my computer using the Vaio SZ recovery disks, and before I did, I saved my password bank of the Protector Suite QL fingerprint reader software in order to import them after my format.

    Now when I try to import the password bank, I get an error saying that the versions of the software are not compatible.

    I tried finding an updated version of the software, but when I try to install it tell me that I can only use it on Vista.

    how can I make it work?

    I did an upgrade from XP version of v5.6.2.3513 to v5.6.2.3651. The old data imported without any issues. May be a difference between XP and Vista versions.
