    Canvas discontinued?

    I just checked around to see if I could get a Canvas to Europe, but when browing the US Vaio site I saw the Canvas was discontinued.?

    Anybody know why? And if it's coming back?

    It's been "discontinuing" for a while now. When it came out it was 1 rev behind in CPU design, and now that's grown to 3+ rev's back, so it's not a big surprise that it's been discontinued.

    I had been waiting for VAIO to follow up with a new design using current technology, but so far nothing.

    You can still find the Canvas Z through other outlets than VAIO, with nice price drops - it used to be sooo overpriced:
