    Change repairing to returning...

    Hi, I really need some inforamtion about returning.

    I purchased a notebook from sonystyle.com then I received it soon. Unfortunately, the notebook makes noisy. I've sent it to repair to VAIO Center. But, I'd like to return it now. Is it possible to change my request to be returned. Please, help me...

    sonystyle's policy for return is 30 days before purchased.

    I did the same thing. But they will send back the notebook to you and you can return it in the same box (before 30 days from purchase).

    If the unit is still not more than 30 days you can return it contact sonystyle but if it's already over 30days the only for the unit is to send it for repair .

    I actually considered this when sending in my own after day 6. It's like day 40 now with 34 days having it at repair. Being promised 10 business day repairing I will return it if it has even the slightest problem. I'm actually kinda hoping it will come back dented or smth so I can check up on how Sony deals with this :DD
