    Hi,
does anyone know how to change a device's friendly name in Vista? I tried using the regedit but it doesn't allow me to.

    Maybe you should use WinBubbles?

That Software allows you to change a lot of things within Vista.

    Just my 2 cents.

What if I'd like my device to have a nasty name instead? :)
