    As the topic stated,
    It is possible to change the CPU on my laptop Z series from P9500 to T9900 3.0Ghz ?

    yes, but it'll overheat (at least your model)

    in japan there's a Z model with 2.93ghz T processor, that Z model actually has a modified heatsink and fan (and probably other things) to accommodate the extra heat

    the highest for your model is probably the T9600 but i recommend staying with a P processor as it's a more advanced architecture .. uses less energy / produces less heat

    If you really want to upgrade (probably not worth it for the performance difference) then the highest you could safely go is most likely the P9600 or the P9700 when it is released.
