Cheap Sony Vaio laptop but best for everything?

Hey guys i'm Zian6 currently a new member on this forum. I've been to several types of forum searching for a cheap laptop that can do everything! By everything, I mean the type of laptop that runs very smoothly when streaming a video, editing videos, playing games (WoW, Minecraft, League of legends and etc), listening to music, and no problems on the laptop.

Can you guys suggest me some Sony Vaio laptop that can do everything but a decent prize. I'm getting it at my birthday .

so you want a laptop from a high end brand that can do everything, including games, and you want it "cheap". Define cheap, because if you want cheap you probably shouldn't be looking at sony. Also, not to sound too aggressive, but sony really don't have that many ranges, so looking through yourself so you can ask more specific questions might be a good idea.
Sorry for sounding negative, but games like minecraft are really quite taxing, and if you're budget is say, £400, I doubt anybody, never mind sony, will offer you the specs you need for that price.
I have a sony vaio SA that can play most mid-end games smoothly, but it cost me ~£1000. (then again, it is an ultraportable, which you might not want)

Moving into $, sony don't offer anything under $500 that I would deem capable of gaming, or really video editing.

On the off-chance this guy isn't a troll, and "cheap" means $999 instead of $499, the F is the way to go (hey, it's cheap compared to a MBP 15/17 or a Vaio Z, right?). Yeah, it's heavy for a Vaio, but cowboy up (or cowgirl up). Upgrade the GPU to the 540M and leave everything else stock, and you've got a good machine that can do all of the gaming and video editing he/she wants.

 

How about the C or the E?

Also, where are you from? America has everything and can seem to customise everything too whereas others can not (which is why I went from HP to Sony - good decision in the end though!)
