I recently purchased a new Sony Vaio CR (VGN-CR520). I was wondering if someone could point me into the direction of reinstalling Vista to get a clean install.

To clean install, you'll first need to get have a Vista Installation DVD. Boot with the DVD, and follow the instructions. When you finally gets to login, install the drivers. If you do not have the DVD, then you can't clean install (only restore to factory defaults).
