    Clean install english XP but no english drivers avaliable for model

    Hello,

    My friend has a VGN-TX15C/W which came with chinese windows.
    I can install english windows on it but the drivers that came with the laptop wont install i think becuase of the language.

    Is there any alternative way I can get the drivers?
    Without the drivers the multimedia buttons (Play/Stop, Next Track etc) on the laptop wont work.

    I can only suggest looking at the VAIO support web site and look for drivers for the same model, but a US version. I know the SZ support site also has a link to a guide for a "clean" windows install that shows the order for installing drivers. The process will likely be the same or similar for the tx.

    This model doesnt exist in the US website, is it possible to download the seperate drivers for each device (sound card, network, bluetooth etc) ?

    Also, which driver enables the hot keys to work? anyone know?
