I did a clean install according to the info i found in the 2012 vaio s series owners thread, and when i attempt to start it up, I get the error message, "Unable to start Intel My WiFi Technology." I tried reinstalling it, but it said it was already installed. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I only installed the basic driver for Intel Wireless Driver & Tools - Wireless_15.1.1_s64.exe - except without the tools part? (I downloaded the basic, smaller, exe file from intel's website.) I am not sure if this has to do with the wireless display driver though. Any thoughts?

install the intel wifi driver from sony's website not the one from intel's website.
