This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Clean-off excess pre-installed software

    Would love to hear which of the pre-installed software people have safely removed from a new Sony Vaio (S 260). I have High Speed Internet Options, VAIO Media Setup, DVGAte Plus, Viewpoint Media Player and a bunch of VAIO Media Programs cluttering things up and would love to blow off whatever I can w/o screwing things up. Any experiences?
