Hi everyone. Recently I've been having trouble with my Sony Vaio VGN-NR31J laptop in that it keeps on completely freezing and never comes out of it. I've noticed that it's getting incredibly hot even though I keep it on my desk with the vent clear. I'm no strangers to PCs and am happy taking them apart but have not tried doing so with a laptop and this one in particular looks tricky. Has anybody taken one of these apart and if so, please could you explain how you do it? Basically I just want to be able to get to the fans and the heatsinks as I believe they're probably so filled with dust and fluff that they're no longer functioning properly and causing the laptop's decreased performance.
If anybody can help me I'd be really grateful.

    Thanks very much in advance
