I have a Sony Vaio FZ 180E/B and the HDMI is incredibly crappy.

Like the picture is not even crystal clear (text is blurry etc.), it's blurry and seems a bit high on the contrast/brightness side.

Is the desktop text and what-not supposed to be blurry and not clear? I was expecting it to be crystal clear. Like how it is on my laptop screen.

Is it like this way for anyone else when hooking up their FZ to a LCD TV?

I have a Sharp 32" Aquos LCD TV and a Samsung 19" LCD TV. Tried on both, but the quality is just terrible.

It's probably the same with my first M1330... HDMI out was horrible on my Sony Bravia. HDMI from X3100 looked better, but it still looked slightly funny. VGA looked the best.

The VGA out doesn't work either for some reason... could it possibly be my laptop? But it works on my other laptop.
