Hi, I just bought a 1 GB Sandisk Cruzer Micro. I tried it on my Dell desktop and it worked fine, but when I went to use it on my V505, it just locks up and will not work. I have tried to uninstall the drivers for it and then retry it, but it just does the same thing. Does anyone have and suggestions on how to remedy this? I know the laptop is not the newest, it is about a year and a half old, but the desktop is 3 years old. I use that USB port to sync up my PPC all the time, so I know it works properly. Any ideas?

Well I use a Cruzer Micro on my Vaio but have had no problems whatsoever. It's a normal USB stick so under Windows XP it should just show itself as a removable drive..

I talked to Sandisk today, and they said that there is an incompatibility issue with U3 and some laptops. They said that I might be better off exchanging it for a flash drive that does not have the U3 built into it.
