    Hi,
I'm about to purchase an SZ with 1 GB DDR-SDRAM (DDR2-533, 1 GBx1) and don't want to pay an additional $125 to upgrade to 2 GB. I do have a
1 GB DDR2-SDRAM 400MHZ from an old vaio notebook that I am planning on using. I heard that I can mix two, but it will run at 400MHZ. I did see a 533MHz DDR2 ram advertised for around $90 somewhere. My question is do you think that the additional $90 is worth the extra 133MHZ speed? I am sort of on a budget. Thanks for your help.

if you have 2Gb, the frequency no longer matters
