    DSD Direct Player Problems

    Hi, I have a sony vaio VGN-AR51M and I am having some problems with the DSD Direct Player, when I either insert a cd in the drive or else try to run the program from its icon I am receiving the following message "Unable to initialize the audio device. The program will now exit." can anyone help me to arrange thia problem please.

    I tried to search the net and found someone on another forum who suggested to go to control panel/ Sound Reality ASIO settings and put the buffer size bar to full. I tried it but no joy at all the problem still persists.
