After barely a year of use, my VPCSE13fx/b has no picture. It powers up just fine and when I hook it up to an external monitor it works beautifully, but the laptop screen stays dark. I want to check the physical connection to the motherboard myself before having it serviced, but I cannot figure out how to do that.

Does anyone know of a good walk through or manual that can show me how to do this?

If anyone else has had this problem, I'd also like to hear about it.

    Thank you
