    Deals on Sony Z series?

    So apparently, Microsoft had an in-store promotion where people were getting fairly recent Z-series notebooks for under $1,000 or whatever it was, which is awesome.

    All I see online is the $1,500 Z12 which is out of stock.

    Just wondering if there's anything I should know as far as getting a Vaio Z at a really good price.

    Online it was $824 on a Z12. Instore it was $1150 for a Z13. Don't expect the $824 price anytime soon or ever again. That was a combo of a Z12 clearance price, $1499, and a 45% off coupon. The $1150 for the Z13 though.... That's how much I paid for my Z11 from Microsoft. So consider that the standard Microsoft sale price for the Z. Wait for the Z14 and Microsoft will probably blow out the Z13 for the $1150 price again.

    the z12 at MS is all gone, they got the z13 now. you can still find z12's for $1500 if you look elsewhere, or just wait for black friday and see if theres another big sale on the z13.

    E14, thanks for the info, do you know where can you find the Z12's for $1500, except the microsoft site which is out of stock?

    Also, when is black friday? We don't celebrate that over here :p

    If you don't, then you won't be able to get Black Friday deals. It's Friday after Thanksgiving, a pure US holiday that no one else celebrates.
