    Hey there,

    It seems that everybody got a free Ps3 or a Vita with their purchase. Are they still honoring this? I really wanted to buy a Sony, but with all the free xbox360 deals over at the microsoft store, I don't think I can justify purchasing a full priced viao without any sort of gift or whatever. Can anyone help an NBR brother out? Are there any upcoming sales?

    Well you did miss out on the Sony deals, it may come back but I wouldn't hold my breath.
    The Microsoft store does sell Sony laptops too, in fact look here.

    Also try get cashback on any of your purchases.

    Apparently in the US you would only get a 3% education discount which sucks as us Europeans get around 7%

    I'd buy a laptop from microsoft but the sony vaio s13 doesn't have a 1gig nvidia 640 m in it. :-(

    Well you can always wait for offers to come back or join a cashback website such as ebates and well you'd get a total of 6% discount. (check their policies first). It seems like canada is getting the good stuff at the moment.

    Or you could get a compatible laptop (assuming you wanted/don't mind a 15''). If you wanted 13'' then you're kinda suck since sony is at the moment the only one to offer a 13'' with a decent gpu.

    Sony Outlet is 30% off right now! Does not get better than that. There is TONs of new items in there. (Not just refurbished) Clearance is new. There's a loaded dual core Z3 there with premium carbon black (Glossy).. Just sayin... Ends tonight!

    The Z2 never came in glossy in the states.

    Just so everyone is aware... the 30% comes off at checkout. So this Z3 would be $1749 (512 SSD) or $1249 (128 GB)
