    The following is the screenshot from ATI Catalyst and GPU-Z of my FW190

    How come GPU-Z reports my GPU speed much lower than ATI Catalyst?

    When you are not gaming, your GPU will automatically downclock itself to save power. Once a 3d application starts up, it will revert to 3d clocks.
