    The Sony E has these two options - it's only an extra £30 to upgrade from the 450m to the 520m but the delivery time goes through the roof !! :eek:

    Is it worth getting the 520m as it seems to be almost identical to the 450m ??

    Whaddaya say dudes ?? :confused:

    ^

    hmmmm, I guess there is no reason to go for 520 then..

    the only difference is;

    450M has a turbo boost of 2.66GHz and 520M has a turbo boost of 2.93GHz - Negligible !

    IDK bro :)

    Well actually I do. The i5 520 includes something called embedded. IDK what it is, but here's an Intel video on it: Intel® Core™ Processor Family - Video - Intel

    And some other stuff like:

    The 450 and the 520 are the same, except for the 520 has:
    - .33GHz more turboboost
    - Intel® Virtualization Technology (running 2 operating systems at a time)
    - Intel® Trusted Execution Technology (something about security)
    - AES New Instructions (better encryption, so better security)

    Here's a thread that talks abut it: http://forum.notebookreview.com/hp-compaq-voodoo-pc/495204-i5-450-vs-i5-520-a.html
