Apart from the colour difference, is there any other real difference?

And is there any significant difference between the TX3's and TX5's, apart from eg.slightly larger HD/RAM/ Vista

    Thanks

To both of your questions, no, no big difference at all. Only difference between the TX3XP/B and TX3XP/L is the lid color and the only difference between the TX3s and TX5s is the OS (XP to Vista), slightly faster processor (1.2 to 1.33 ghz) and bigger hard drive (80 to 100 gb)
