So I saw the new Vaio SZ120 and SZ160 on CompUSA's website. Looking at them, they seem to have basically the same specs with a few differences. The SZ160 is $400 more than the former.
According to CompUSA's specs, the SZ160 has a GeForce Go 7400 with 256 MB whereas the former has the same with only 128 MB. I think that the SZ160's card also is 128 megs dedicated but then borrows 128 megs from the main system ram??
How good is this card for gaming anyways?
The 160 is also claimed to have an hours more battery life than the former and is slightly lighter in weight as well. I hear that there's two version of the SZ, standard and premium and the 160 is the premium. I heard that the premiums have LED backlighting, resulting in a thin screen like on the TX series whereas the standards like the 120 have a TFT screen like on almost all notebooks out there.
Sorry for the long post, I was hoping you guys could clear up everything for me, thanks.
