you will need to talk to Sony about it. And just a bit of advise... you will always be told no when you ask for something from any large company. And you should always ask to talk to thier supervisor, and if you want it bad enough and really feel as though you are entitled, then keep asking for supervisors until you get to someone that can help you.

You are still in your 30 day return period? If you are dissatisfied with your purchase now, it is your right to return it and then buy a product with a deal that you are satisfied with. If they don't want to give you a frame, ask for an RMA and see what happens.

for $300 price decreased of my situation,

If I ask for One Digital frame (Model #: DPF-V900/W, 9 inches, white color, price $229) here is the link: http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs...10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921665454054

    PLUS:

ONE stick 2g DDr3 1066 memory that should be same brand as the memory pre-installed in my Z540 because of the compatibility consideration. I used it to upgrade my z540 from 3G to 4G

    whether are they good choices?
