My new SZ is simply stunning. I installed new RAM on it however, from Mushkin, and apparently it was faulty. hard to believe but i was getting Error 400 messages all over the place. Problem:
I uploaded some critical data just before the entire system crashed due to the bad sticks of RAM. Hours after the total system restore to factory defaults, i need these files.
Can some people please give me recomendations on how to recover this data. I know i can send it in to a company but i dont know what it will cost me. Can i download software for it?!
Please help me. I need this data back. Its essential to me.

There are data recovery programs out there (try and google for data recovery) If you haven't formatted your harddrive completely these should suffice to get your data back.
If you've formatted on the other hand, it's more difficult to retrieve the data..

Don't not worry about it. Just as you said it is expensive to send it to data recovery company. You can get your data back by using data recovery software. As I know Data Recovery Wizard works well.
