Using MSCONFIG I disabled "SPMgr.exe" from starting when Windows loads.
It uses 8100-9000KB so I figured why not.
I googled the process and I found that some say it is a non-essential process
and then I read it was an essential process.
I disabled it to test. So far the computer charges fine -- runs off the battery
fine -- and works off AC just fine.
Anyone mess with this .exe before?

I think it's related to the Sony Power Management.
