I have ton's of experience completely disassembling laptops.
It's like this. There are no instructions so your on your own. Most laptops are similar at first while taking them apart but after you do the basics it gets harder.

The area above the keyboard that has the control buttons usually comes off revealing the screws holding the keyboard down. You then take the keyboard out and you may see a processor and heatsink and a few other things(wireless cards, ect). At this point you should try to take off the screen. The hinges are held down with screws. First disconnect the wires connected to the screen that connect to the base(usually the video cord and wireless antennas).
Now unscrew the screen and set it aside. now flip the computer upside-down.
unscrew all the screws and map out where each one goes. Now try to open up the base. You will probably have to take screws off the top of the base as well.
After you open up the base you can take out the mobo and then re assemble.
Follow each step in reverse when you took it apart. I have about a 95% success with these types of jobs. To me it's a bit of a challenge but whenever I get stuck at a point where I don't know how to get something apart I have to fiddle around till I get it.

    Good luck

Thnx Erwallie and JesterX ... both of u are great! ^^...

And well taking advantage from this question, I´ll go to increase my laptop abilities! ^^ ... I´ll just found two easy things to upgrade: Ram & HD. Ram 4 Gb and HD 320 at 5200rpm.

I lost something else .. I could upgrade processor, graphic card or something more? .. I Wait for answers and thank u pals! ^^

You can't upgrade your video card but you should be able to get a new processor if needed.
What processor do you currently have?

I thought about upgrading the CPU as well. I don't know if its really worth it to drop $200-300 for a new CPU versus just getting a new laptop earlier (2-3 years vs 3-4 years). You can certainly do it though.

However, I suggest you first upgrade the RAM and the Hard Drive and see if that meets your needs. I recently did that and its definitely made the computer speedier.

Awesome thank u! ... and talking about battery? .. I mean .. when I put saving mode .. becomes 1 v .. and my processor becomes 1.5 Ghz one .. but when I put hight performance mode .. becomes 2.0 GHz one ...

The same for this one? .. more hot inside, the same temperature? .. what about this ? :S

It's called intel speed step if not mistaken. It's a technology to change the multiplier and speed of processor in order to save power ;)
I'm not sure exactly how much the new processor will downclock when in power save mode.
