Sent my fourth e-mail/contact-form to Sony Europe and UK last week, with the others sent over several weeks, and haven't a single response back from any of them.
Do they actually reply to e-mail queries?
My first/second/third impressions from them aren't good. [] Think I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.

I'd try calling instead of emailing, see how that works, and then if the help they provide is still inadequate take your business elsewhere, customer support is important!
