    Hi,
    So frustrated. Unforutenately, it's been 6 months since I bought my VAIO VPBSB190X and it's already twice got out of order. In the first time the motherboard was replaced, now it's the second time that the computer is not powering and I'm going to ship the laptop for repair.
    1. Do you know if this specific model has known issues?
    2. Do you think that I can ask for refund?
