I've found that sony sz keyboard keys worn out . Is this problem common in all the models or only SZ series. I've ordered an FE790. Will i face the worn keyboard problem after few months?

Meh. It will eventually wear out sooner or later. If keyboard is that important, just get an IBM. It's pro in everything except it's expensive.

But really, don't worry about it. Keyboards are replaceable if they aren't fixed to the system.
